Who Am I?

Hi everyone! Maybe you already know me, maybe not. Some of you might have been studying in the same class with me in the previous semesters. Some I'm just acquainted with. Anyway, I'm very pleased to be able to experience and work in an environment of graphic design, design, and design. Hope we'll have an interesting and unforgettable semester of hard work.

Mirror Mirror hanging on the wall! Please tell me who I am!

My full name is Tran Thanh Hang (nickname: Phoebe). I was born in Tu Vu Maternity Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City 19 years ago. I have an older brother who is working as an informatics engineer. My father is retired and my mother is a housewife. I have two little cute dogs. And I bet you will love them right from the first glance!

Although I'm now currently taking a Bachelor of Design, Design is not my preference. This is because I'm not really creative in design field and also because I'm not good at using design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash,...). In fact, I'm interested in a more programming/IT type of degree. Therefore, I intend to take another degree in Software Engineering after finishing my first degree in Design. Hopefully, I'm able to do well in both fields.

As already stated, I don't have enough necessary design skills. So, my motto is practice, practice, and practice. Practice makes perfect! Well, that's how I could survive!

I have seen a lot of your works on abstraction. All of them are great! Here are my works! I wonder if I could achieve something other than...nothing ;-D

Abstraction: LINES & SHAPES

This is what I have done to get the picture astract. Representing the real object by using its shapes, lines, colours, and filtering it.
